Introduce the structure and main functions of the toner cartridge and toner box.
Toner cartridge refilling system
1. Functions of the components of the imaging part
Photosensitive drum(OPC Drum): It is made of selenium plated on the surface of an aluminum alloy cylinder.
The selenium material is an insulator in the dark, and the exposed part is a conductor. When the light beam emitted by the laser emitter exposes it, the exposed points form an information dot matrix and form an electrostatic latent image.
Drum transmission gear: It is fixed to one end of the photosensitive drum, and the printer transmits power to drive the photosensitive drum to rotate, and at the same time drives the transfer roller to rotate.
Drum de-electrification reed: The charge on the surface of the photosensitive drum is exposed and conducted, and is released to the ground by the de-electrification reed through the photosensitive drum shaft pin (de-electrode).
Drum flange: The support plate at the other end of the photosensitive drum.
Charging roller: The conductive sponge is wrapped around the conductive shaft, and the outermost is the ionization film. The high voltage of the charge is discharged through the conductive bracket and the conductive shaft, and the ionization film is inductive.
2. Toner cartridge's toner supply sysytem
Magnetic roller spacer: There is one at each end of the magnetic roller. Its function is to control the gap between the photosensitive drum and the magnetic roller for toner to jump and develop.
Permanent magnetic core: The permanent magnetic core is made of magnetic ferrite and installed in the magnetic roller sleeve. It is fixed in the middle of the aluminum sleeve and does not rotate. When the magnetic roller sleeve carries the toner and rotates to the "N" pole of the permanent magnetic core, the toner is magnetized to form toner mist (magnetic spike).
Development bias connnector: The development voltage is provided to the magnetic roller through the bias electrode.
Magnetic roller sleeve: The magnetic roller is an important component for carrying toner. The surface of the aluminum sleeve is sprayed with graphite to increase the surface tension of the magnetic roller, better carry the toner, and also facilitate the toner to be adsorbed on the surface of the photosensitive drum (some models are made of magnetic rubber).
Bracket: The support at both ends of the magnetic roller.
Magnetic roller gear: Engages with the photosensitive drum to achieve the same part rotation.
Sealing strip: It is convenient for the storage of toner in the powder box. The sealing strip should be pulled out before use.
Bias electrode: It has two functions. One is to apply the development bias to the magnetic roller through it, and the other is to fix the "N" pole of the permanent magnetic core in a tangent position to the photosensitive drum.
Toner Powder bin cover: The sealing cover of the ink filling port.
Sealing felt: seals both ends of the magnetic roller to prevent toner from overflowing along both ends of the magnetic roller and contaminating the printer.
Agitator gear: rotates to drive the agitator to stir and push the toner.
Magnetic roller scraper: the magnetic roller scraper is made of urea-formaldehyde resin. The friction between it and the magnetic roller is used to evenly add toner to the surface of the magnetic roller without excessive toner, and isolate it from other impurities.
Toner silo: the place where toner is stored.
Transmission gear: the power transmission of each part of the powder silo. Powder silo head: fixes the powder silo parts and connects with the imaging part.
